Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions for individual and group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to express themselves.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and tools necessary to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, making referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare providers when appropriate.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Competence in employing evidence-based treatment methods and familiarity with cultural responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
