In this role, you will work remotely, providing therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or designated workspace while connecting with clients throughout Brookings, Oregon, and surrounding areas. Although the position is primarily remote, you will be part of a cohesive outpatient team that collaborates on treatment plans. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide an array of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand the evolving needs of clients.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and ongoing adjustments based on client progress.

• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and updates on client treatment, ensuring a coordinated approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices to provide effective interventions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliant record-keeping for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client population includes individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and a variety of co-occurring mental health conditions. Our commitment extends to serving diverse clientele, making it essential for our therapists to integrate cultural competencies and trauma-informed care into their practice. You will be directly contributing to clients’ recovery journeys, empowering them through meaningful behavioral changes and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and active professional license in good standing, which could include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, which includes a tuberculosis test, background checks, and drug screenings.
\n
• A commitment to ongoing training and compliance with licensing requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in substance abuse treatment and familiarity with co-occurring disorders.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for client management.
\n
• Knowledge of local resources and networks to support client needs in the Brookings area.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
