Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy across diverse demographics, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices and the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community partners to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Full licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory. Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Professional evaluation capability and the ability to design and execute effective treatment plans are essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, are crucial to foster trusting client relationships.
