Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to uncover patients' historical trauma and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide therapeutic sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, build resilience, and develop sustainable coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms while providing resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
