Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories as well as mental health statuses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with other team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure an integrated care model.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families to promote active involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
