Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, measures of functional improvement, and goal progress indicators to create and modify individualized treatment plans that directly address client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our reliable therapist portal, leveraging digital tools to streamline the paperwork process and stay focused on patient care.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for adults experiencing a wide variety of emotional disorders, ensuring each session is tailored to address their unique challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers to integrate a comprehensive approach to treatment, ensuring continuity and cohesion in client care.

• Become part of an expanding therapist community within our organization, fostering strong inter-therapist collaboration and knowledge sharing for professional growth.

• Adhere to the American Psychiatric Association’s standards, employing the DSM V criteria to diagnose client mental health conditions and to develop targeted treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
