Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients using evidence-based practices, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

This role requires the capacity to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients, recognizing and respecting their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, reflecting your professional expertise and commitment to mental health.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, delivering personalized and result-oriented therapeutic experiences.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively establish and nurture therapeutic alliances with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
