Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status during initial consultations and ongoing treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Engage with clients regularly through scheduled appointments, providing support, guidance, and necessary updates to their treatment plans.

• Offer resources and referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists or support groups, when needed.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately in our EHR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate in case management meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to improve treatment modalities and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including those struggling with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This position requires a strong ability to build rapport with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic practices are inclusive and attuned to each client’s unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with proficiency in treating a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and culturally competent practices within therapy.

• Proven ability to provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing compassionate and effective methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
