This role is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional interaction with clients through virtual platforms. You will occasionally collaborate with our outpatient office team to discuss cases and attend meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, meticulously following personalized treatment plans to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leading to the creation and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to address all facets of client well-being.

• Communicate effectively with clients' families, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to foster a supportive ecosystem around treatment goals.

• Offer case management support by facilitating referrals to in-house and external resources, ensuring clients have access to all necessary services.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation regarding client interactions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and advances in mental health therapy, contributing innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications\n
