Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and personalized interviews.

• Design tailored, individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges, goals, and cultural context, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver integrated care that meets the broad spectrum of clients' needs.

• Engage and educate families about mental health issues, fostering their understanding and active involvement in the treatment process, thereby strengthening the support network for each client.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record systems specifically tailored for mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and current license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology) to practice in Texas.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate at least 2-5 years of specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
