Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to evaluate patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive treatment strategies that reflect a holistic approach to mental health.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve care practices and share knowledge among colleagues.

• Support and educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources to foster resilience and understanding.

• Stay informed of the latest research trends and methodologies in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse group of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward improved wellness and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques with a commitment to personalized client care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, adept at managing complex client situations.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing the diverse contributions of colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred, as it provides familiarity with the demands and rewards of this environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Everbright Mind Care Recovery Center is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year for full-time positions.
