Key Responsibilities\n

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, ensuring all records meet applicable state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client population facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current active licensure in Pennsylvania as either a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent licensure from another state.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a consistent therapeutic approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and collaboration with colleagues.
