Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will encompass a broad scope of therapeutic practices, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of clients at various life stages.

• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's specific circumstances.

• Engaging in collaborative planning with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to offer coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation reflecting client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials.

Applicants must be fully licensed. Limited, provisional licenses or candidates with a history of disciplinary actions are not eligible.

Preferred Experience\n
