Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices to engage and support clients.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, utilizing clinical expertise to inform treatment decisions.

• Carry out comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's needs, strengths, and areas for development.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Provide interventions during times of crisis, offering bereavement support and other social work interventions when needed.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining meticulous documentation of clinical services provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a similar discipline is strongly preferred.

• A current and valid mental health counseling license in Oregon (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills exhibited through previous clinical scenarios and patient interactions.

• Excellent organizational abilities, particularly in data documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
