Although you will primarily work from home, regular virtual meetings and team consultations will ensure continuous professional support and collaboration within our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and current challenges, allowing for the formulation of effective treatment strategies.

• Design, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery, coping strategies, and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to promote healing and growth in clients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to create a supportive environment for clients to process their trauma and share their experiences.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses mental health concerns in a holistic manner.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources to foster empowerment and understanding.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all applicable legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development events to enhance trauma-informed care practices and share insights with peers.

• Stay informed about advancements in trauma therapy methodologies and incorporate innovative practices into your treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in trauma-informed therapy.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly those focused on trauma recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate demeanor that fosters trust with clients.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and related software necessary for telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
