Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Addiction Counseling, LLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery, incorporating specific interventions that enhance resilience in clients.

• Utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably with trauma-focused care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
