Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patient histories and identify tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support during moments of trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, helping them navigate the challenges associated with their experiences.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards and ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including case consultations and training focused on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. This role will require you to employ sensitivity and understanding, allowing you to foster an environment of trust and safety for clients embarking on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A thorough understanding of trauma-related disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with a compassionate demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
