Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and collaboratively determine personalized treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target healing and resilience, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist clients in processing traumatic experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination, accommodating the diverse needs of our clients.

• Execute crisis intervention strategies effectively during emergencies, demonstrating a calm and supportive presence to clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards through electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
