Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks designed to deliver exceptional care to your clients, including:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their traumatic experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.

• Coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.

• Providing crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, helping clients navigate acute stress responses with effective support.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following credentials and attributes:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
