Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique trauma history and to identify the most effective treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, fostering resilience, and encouraging the development of coping skills.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to suit each patient's needs.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for patients to process their experiences and engage in healing.

• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and ensure integrated approaches are used in treating patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources for support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress to comply with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings focusing specifically on trauma-informed care and shared learning.

As a therapist at Mindful Healing Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of individuals affected by trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with trauma-informed practices.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, effective treatment modalities, and strategies for building resilience in clients.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions successfully.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress situations while managing potential crises.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications essential for documenting and tracking patient progress.

• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is an added advantage, as is familiarity with therapeutic modalities specifically designed to address trauma. Candidates who have participated in professional development activities or additional training related to trauma-informed care will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
