Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling while still adhering to the clinic's operational hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be occasional adjustments needed to accommodate patient appointments, allowing you the flexibility to balance personal commitments while fulfilling professional obligations. Our telehealth model ensures that you have access to a comprehensive support system, including administrative staff to assist with patient management and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the depth and impact of patients' trauma histories.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans focused on facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing personal resilience.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, build effective coping strategies, and support healing.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care approaches, ensuring a holistic treatment experience for each patient.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, fostering a safe environment for patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse individuals who have experienced significant trauma, requiring dedicated therapeutic support. Our patient population often includes those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and related mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care.

• Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with various trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Ability to deliver trauma-focused therapies effectively, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A calm demeanor in high-stress situations combined with the capability of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with various computer applications necessary for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
