Work Environment\n

The role of Mental Health Therapist is primarily remote, ensuring that you can provide care in a comfortable setting that suits your lifestyle. While the main work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient schedules and emergent needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories and tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute customized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience among trauma survivors.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patients in their healing journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to explore their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and work toward healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other practitioners to ensure that care is integrated and comprehensive for every patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to individuals experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
