Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our client population varies significantly, providing an opportunity for you to apply diverse therapeutic techniques and approaches in a supportive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to create a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective case management.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.
