As part of our virtual operations, you will engage with a variety of electronic medical record systems and teletherapy technologies, enabling seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide cognitive-behavioral therapy and supportive counseling to individuals, families, and groups, while adapting interventions to meet the changing needs of clients.

• Assess clients' needs in crisis situations, prioritizing urgency and developing immediate intervention plans that connect patients with necessary resources.
\n
• Conduct detailed intake sessions and complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Formulate mental health diagnoses using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) guidelines, ensuring accurate characterization of each client’s condition.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, continuously adjusting them based on patient progress and feedback.
\n
• Deliver training and education workshops to team members and community professionals, sharing knowledge on clinical topics and best practices for mental health care.
\n
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to mental health workers and therapy assistants to ensure quality care and adherence to clinical standards.

• Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to create holistic treatment plans that address various aspects of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on maternal clients and individuals from underserved populations, who often experience a range of social and mental health challenges. By addressing the unique circumstances faced by these clients, you will play a critical role in changing their life trajectories and improving overall community health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program is required (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory. Applicants must possess a valid license to practice independently.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, providing quality support in various community settings.

• Exceptional proficiency in electronic record-keeping systems to maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in telehealth settings.

• Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience and training in evidence-based therapeutic practices are strongly preferred.

• Experience working with maternal clients or in community health settings is a major advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
