Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and needs, establishing individualized treatment plans that emphasize solution-based interventions.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely record-keeping to comply with all regulatory requirements while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Collaborate actively with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to create a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health treatment, preferably within a community health context.
