This position is entirely remote, allowing for a work-from-home setup that promotes both professionalism and comfort. While you’ll primarily conduct sessions via telehealth, we offer hybrid flexibility that includes opportunities for in-person consultations if desired. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is reflected in our scheduling options that accommodate both full-time (Monday to Friday, 8-hour days) and part-time availability (Monday to Saturday based on team needs and your schedule), with no weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client, employing thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and personalized.

• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients' diverse needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and improved treatment outcomes for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

King Rail Youth & Family Clinic serves a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship difficulties. As an LPC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding these individuals towards improved mental well-being and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting that enhances your understanding of a diverse clientele.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards applicable to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.
