Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on mental health and substance use issues.

• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather relevant background information that influences client care, such as social circumstances and health history.
\n
• Developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and evaluating therapeutic progress on an ongoing basis.

• Facilitating cognitive and behavioral health sessions, particularly in crisis situations, and successfully navigating clients to appropriate community resources.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment methods in compliance with established protocols to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintaining a productive caseload while regularly updating case documentation to reflect current client services and outcomes.

• Fostering nurturing relationships built on mutual respect and trust with clients to encourage engagement and successful treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
