Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family counseling sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to develop and tailor comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services, employing your skill set to manage urgent client situations and make necessary referrals for additional support services, ensuring that clients receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and treatment progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions, contributing to a culture of continual learning and quality enhancement in clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
