Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, social determinants of health, and individualized treatment objectives.

• Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that focus on building support networks, fostering social connections, and providing psychoeducation on coping strategies and resilience.
\n
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based practices, adjusting as necessary to respond to client progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services including risk assessments, safety planning, and the coordination of emergency resources to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Advocate for clients' rights and help them access necessary services while providing guidance in navigating the healthcare system and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients in a detox environment who may be dealing with substance use issues, alongside other co-occurring mental health conditions. You will be working with a diverse client population that requires a deep understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity to address their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, particularly within detox or mental health settings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
