Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges before designing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children, considering diverse backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Act as a liaison with the Utilization Review Department to ensure necessary authorizations and manage billing inquiries efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as the families affected by these issues. You will apply your expertise to support these individuals as they navigate the complexities of mental health and addiction recovery, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances. By understanding their challenges and strengths, you play a vital role in facilitating their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on caseload and experience.
