Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and screenings for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform care plans.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that align treatment goals with clients’ needs, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.

• Deliver a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to address clients' mental health and emotional wellbeing.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary, and ensuring that services are aligned with clients’ presenting problems and requests.

• Participate proactively in team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Manage a caseload effectively, conducting regular follow-ups and providing crisis intervention as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment plans, client meetings, and discharge criteria in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main responsibility will be to serve individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery who may also be dealing with complex psychological issues. The clients you work with are often from under-served communities and may face additional barriers to receiving care. Understanding their unique backgrounds and presenting challenges will be key to providing effective and empathetic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least two years of direct experience in clinical social work, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
