Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services directly to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health disorders and severe emotional disturbances, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including initial screenings and ongoing evaluations, to tailor treatment plans to each client’s specific needs.

• Implement integrated care plans, coordinating with other healthcare providers to link clients with additional services as necessary.

• Participate proactively as a collaborative team member, contributing to clinical meetings, treatment planning sessions, and quality improvement initiatives for the agency.

• Create and manage a caseload that may include assessment, psychotherapy, and group therapy, ensuring that services align with the clients’ presenting issues.

• Monitor and document client progress, treatment effectiveness, and compliance with established goals, ensuring timely completion of all necessary reports.

• Assist with crisis intervention, being available for on-call coverage to support clients during critical situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
