Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) aligned with each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and assess outcomes, collaborating with team members to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Build strong rapport with children and families, nurturing a supportive and healthy learning environment.

• Provide evidence-based strategies and resources to families, helping to enhance their child's development in everyday settings.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches to support families holistically.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding social work practices.

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Peace of Mind, your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with families to address various physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill areas, promoting the developmental milestones critical during early childhood. By providing tailored support to families, you will help foster an environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client needs, if required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
