Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics (when necessary) for patients, utilizing appropriate clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of each patient, considering their special circumstances.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and efficacy of treatment strategies, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and a range of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment that aligns with patient goals and desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n
