Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, while also utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and seminars to stay current with mental health research and treatment methodologies.

• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
