Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to assess and address emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, followed by the development of initial discharge and treatment plans aligned with identified client needs.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adjusting the approach as dictated by the treatment plan tailored to each client’s progress.

• Continuously document therapy sessions and ensure that all records comply with facility and professional guidelines, making necessary revisions as indicated.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, providing consistent care and follow-up for each client to monitor progress and satisfaction.

• Actively participate in treatment team meetings, collaborating with fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive approaches to client care.

• Foster a compassionate and empathetic demeanor to all clients, prioritizing their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Recognize patient safety as a top priority, employing best practices and protocols at all times, and fulfilling other designated functions as required.

Qualifications\n
