Key Responsibilities\n

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients’ histories and mental health challenges, followed by developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care for every patient.

• Providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families, empowering them with vital information about mental health treatment options and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the value of our LCSWs and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
