Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients entering detox treatment to develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver focused, goal-oriented sessions that cater to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to ensure coordinated care and safety for clients.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer-review meetings that emphasize continuous professional development and quality improvement in care practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
