Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks aimed at promoting the mental health and recovery goals of our clients. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients entering the detox program, gathering comprehensive histories to inform treatment plans.

• Developing and implementing solution-focused treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance coordinated care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, recovery processes, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

This role primarily serves clients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
