Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other evidence-based tools to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients and their families.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to set achievable therapeutic goals, ensuring incorporation of cultural diversity and individual needs.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment approaches.

• Facilitate referrals and maintain strong relationships with external providers and community services to support holistic client care.

• Mentor and provide guidance to students, interns, and junior staff, contributing to their professional development and integration into the healthcare team.
