Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your practice while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a supportive, interprofessional environment. Your contributions will directly impact the care received by clients, ensuring they have the necessary support on their mental health journey. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards, ensuring the highest level of compliance.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, facilitating coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic approaches and ensure continuous professional development.

• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering a supportive and informed environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals of various age groups and backgrounds seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their struggles and helping them to develop resilience and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
