Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients of all ages through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, continuously adapting them to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Proficiency in conducting professional evaluations and making informed decisions for treatment planning.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to support clients understanding their emotions.

• Strong computer literacy to navigate therapy platforms, documentation, and communication tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
