Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges. This may involve gathering client histories, current concerns, and identifying treatment goals.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices. You'll actively engage clients in their treatment planning and adjust approaches as needed.

• Document client progress meticulously through electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with best practices and maintaining confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, including social services and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to share insights, discuss cases, and refine therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may face a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your work is vital in helping these individuals develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional well-being, and build resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Experience with electronic health record systems to manage documentation and client information effectively.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide insightful evaluations and treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably within community health settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
