Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, evaluating mental health conditions using validated assessment tools.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies suited to individual client needs.

• Design comprehensive crisis management and wellness strategies that include crisis intervention protocols, safety assessments, relapse prevention techniques, and individualized recovery plans.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and peer consultation to continuously enhance practice skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
