Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, catering to the flexibility that modern therapeutic practices demand. While the work setting allows for home-based work, you will connect with patients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patients’ schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to facilitate community engagement and address common mental health topics.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Educate patients on mental health disorders, treatment options, and local resources available to support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
