Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, remote assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health histories, challenges, and goals, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are developed tailored to each individual.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others, effectively addressing clients' needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.

• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions, utilizing various digital tools to facilitate an interactive therapeutic experience and support accessible care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and incorporate the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed counselor at Wellqor, you will work primarily with clients who have been pre-screened and possess low acuity mental health needs. This means you can expect to engage with individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, mild depression, relationship challenges, and other manageable concerns. This focused client stability allows you to prioritize impactful therapy without dealing with acute crises frequently encountered in traditional settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. (Please note that we are not able to consider applicants who are interns or hold a limited permit requiring supervision for individual therapy.)

• Proven ability to manage client schedules independently while demonstrating exceptional case management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record, with no actions pending or on your professional license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client records and streamline documentation.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a willingness to integrate new approaches as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing their overall compensation package.
