Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients address psychological challenges with empathy and skill.

• Maintain strict adherence to documentation standards, ensuring accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA laws and ethical practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Everbright Mind Care will primarily involve clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations which may include individuals from different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses, allowing you to apply your skills in a meaningful and impactful way.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated ability to devise tailored treatment plans based on solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually for full-time positions, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
