Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations to understand each patient's history, presenting concerns, and mental health status.

• Jointly develop individualized treatment plans by engaging clients in discussions to identify their specific needs, aspirations, and cultural considerations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings (individual, couple, family, and group therapies).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to address acute mental health needs swiftly and effectively.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring all progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries comply with both clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
