Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to individualized treatment plans that specifically address their challenges.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated care plans and holistic support for clients.

• Educate and guide clients’ family members about mental health issues, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and progress, adhering strictly to all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
