Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to deeply understand each client's unique needs, backgrounds, and therapy goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
